Pure Maple Registration & Events for 2025

Pure Maple is Canada’s official development program for its national team programs.  Canada Inline is excited to announce that they be sending multiple Pure Maple teams to participate at the 2025 NARCH Finals in Irvine, California.  The WIHL recognizes that this is an amazing opportunity for our WIHL Tyke, Youth, Junior, and Men's players and therefore is encouraging players (and families) to consider completing their registration for consideration.  Click HERE to learn more about Canada Inline.

How do I register and what is the selection process?

For the 2025 season Canada Inline has teamed up with representatives in each province who will act as scouts on behalf of the program.  There is a form on the Canada Inline website to fill out by clicking HERE (there is no cost to fill out the form).  Once completed, Canada Inline will arrange to learn about you as a player.  After completing the scouting report across the country, Canada Inline will be sending out invitations to join the Pure Maple teams in California.  

NOTE:  by completing your registration form you are confirming that you are available to participate in the 2025 NARCH finals on the dates noted.

WHAT ARE THE DATES AND LOCATIONS?

Canada Inline will be participating in the 2025 NARCH Finals in Irvine, California from July 9-20, 2025.  The exact dates of the Event vary based on the age category you are registering for.  Note that age is calculated by how old you are on January 1, 2025.  Girls will be playing with the Boys and are eligible to play one age category below their birth year (i.e. a 12U girl can play 10U boys).  For more information on the 2025 NARCH Finals dates and details, please click HERE.  (please note, do not register as a player thru NARCH).  Timelines that Canada Inline are doing their best to follow: 

  • May 5, 2025 (Deadline for applications)
  • April 15th - May 11th (Application + Scouting process)
  • May12th - May 16th (Team Building Internally by Canada Inline)
  • May 17th -18th (Emails sent out to selected players)
  • May 17th - 23rd (Confirm your spot on the team)
  • May 24th - May 25th (Flight booking info sent out)

WHAT COSTS CAN I BE EXPECTED TO PAY?

If you are selected to play for Pure Maple, there will be a financial commitment from you to participate.  Canada Inline is in the process of determining registration costs for players, and expects to know this information before the registration deadline.  Each player (and family) is also required to pay for all airfare, travel, hotel, and meals.

is there a panamerican event this year?

Canada Inline is waiting for final information on the PanAmerican event for this year and will release a similar form under the Team Canada heading of the website once they have proper information to share.
